Sakhi Reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order. In case you wish to cancel your order you must notify Sakhi through the process listed on our Apps and quote your order number. If we are able to your order cancellation basis the order lead time and other constraints no cancellation fee apply however we might be unable to cancel your order for various reasons like delivery person have already being dispatched, we will not be able to refund any order which has been already dispatched.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel it from Sakhi Dairy App, order can be cancelled on Sakhi dairy app before 10:00 P.M. (IST-India) after 10PM no refund will be applicable.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed in your “Sakhi Dairy App’s Wallet” as per the refund policy.
Return and replacement will be applicable only in case of Sakhi Ghee if it will be found in packed condition.
Sakhi Dairy offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within a defined time frame (one day before delivery -10PM).
Refund will not be initiated after if cancellation will not happened before defined time frame.
